DHEHK24016 DITRA HEAT CABLE - (240v 16 sq ft) Specially desiged for integration with the Ditra-heat uncoupling membrane in interior floor warming applications. The cables can be installed without returning to the termostat and produce virtually zero electromagnetic fields.
TOUCHSCREEN PROGRAMMABLE THERMOSTAT - The DHERT102/BW Ditra Heat thermostat is designed to control radiant floor heating cables. This thermostat has six programming periods per day, a set-up wizard and an energy log. It has a built-in 5 mA ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) and works with 120-Volt and 240-Volt cables.
25.2 SQ FT DITRA HEAT DUO MEMBRANE -polypropylene thermal break membrane with a cutback stud structure and an anchoring fleece laminated to the underside. DUO membrane is designed to secure the DITRA-HEAT-E-HK electric floor heating cables and provide uncoupling, waterproofing, vapor management and load support to ensure a long-lasting tile installation.
ENERGY EFFICIENT - The thermal break directs heat up into the tile rather than down into the subfloor, reducing energy waste and resulting in up to 70% faster floor heating when applied over concrete substrates. Thermal Pack mortar additive (1x Bags) eliminates cold spots and increases heat diffusion by 20% and reduces energy costs by 15% by making heat transfer from the cable to the floor faster and more uniform. Thermal Pack must be used with grey color modified mortars (thinsets).
SAFETY: Includes either Nuheat MatSense Pro OR SunTouch Loudmouth monitor electric fault indicator. This device sounds an alarm if the heating wire is cut or damaged, identifying a problem with the installation before the heat wire is tiled over. Suntouch plastic 3/8' x 1/2' U-notch cable trowel is designed specifically for heat cables installation and eliminates the risk of damaging the heating cable while applying mortar.
